Thank you for purchasing beats and services from CULTURE. Due to the nature of our products—digital files and personalized services—we do not offer refunds. All sales are final once the product or service has been delivered.

Non-Refundable Products and Services

  1. Digital Beats
    • All beat purchases are delivered as high-quality digital downloads. Once delivered, these files cannot be returned or exchanged.
  2. Custom Services
    • Custom music production or related services are tailored to each customer, making them non-refundable.

Exceptions to Our Policy

While our general policy states no refunds, we aim to provide a fair and satisfactory experience for all customers. Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  1. Technical Issues
    • The digital product was not delivered due to a technical error (e.g., file corruption or download failure) and cannot be re-delivered.
  2. Billing Errors
    • A duplicate charge or incorrect billing occurred.
  3. Service Non-Completion
    • For custom services, if the agreed-upon work is not started or completed due to an error on our part, a partial or full refund may be issued.
  4. Unauthorized Purchases
    • If a purchase is proven to be fraudulent or unauthorized, a refund may be issued after thorough investigation.

  • A description of the issue
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or confirmation email)

Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. Refunds, if approved, will be processed back via the original payment method.
